Yesterday we had the honor of photographing David and Kara for their wedding. We hadn't seen them since we did their engagement session back in the spring. We started the day at Kara's parents house where we were greeted by her wonderful family (including David's mother and sisters). The ceremony took place at St. Angela's church in White Oak and the reception followed at the Mountain View Inn in Greensburg. Something that stood out to us was the unity and love of both families. David and Kara are very blessed to have their families. Thank you for allowing us to capture your day!

Vacation

We are headed to the beach for a week and a much needed vacation! We will have little to no access to email while we are away. If you do contact us via email info@dbphotodesign.com, we will get back to you the week starting Monday July 31st. We return to town July 28 and have a wedding July 29, so we will get right back into the groove. I am sure we will get some great pictures while we are away and will post :) Have a great week!

Damon

We had a little birthday celebration for my son, Damon, today. His actual birthday is later this month, but we planned the party for today. I can't believe how quickly he is growing up! It seems like yesterday that I was chasing him around and changing his diapers! He has brought tons of joy to my life over the years... I love you Damon :-). Here are a few pictures of Damon and his brothers, as well as a funny shot of one of his buddies. Enjoy!

Headshots is something that we have little experience with, But last week we were hired to do some and we are very happy with how they turned out! Jake is an aspiring young actor that is headed out to Los Angeles to go for it! I don't think he is going to have any problem getting work. I just hope he remembers us little guys, when he makes it big! Good Luck Jake!!!

Dawn and Tony

This past Sunday we had a very special shoot with Dawn and Tony. They were married on July 2, 2005 so we were able to celebrate their one year anniversary with a twist... Unfortunately, on their wedding day, there were some missed opportunities to capture them and their families. They contacted us to do a shoot with them. Of course we accepted!! We figured we could have some fun. We went over early while Dawn and her girls got ready and created some fantastic images! Once the girls were ready, we met the guys and the families and did some formals. Finally we topped the day off with some shots of Dawn and Tony alone. It's never too late to make great pictures!

Happy Anniversary to you both!! Thank you for trusting in us and being such a great couple!
